“Penis and testicles?”
My penis foreskin is wrinkled and loose and my erection doesn’t seem to be as hard as it should be. As a kid, I had an undescended testicle and now it’s smaller than the other one and is oval-shaped

I’m not sure of the question. The fire skin should be loose when flaccid. The smaller testicle is that way from either the surgery or the testicle may just be smaller naturally

You didn’t tell me your age group, but nevertheless, you really should consult with your local urologist. The foreskin issue doesn’t sound too serious, but if you’ve had an undescended testicle, you really do need to be monitored for a slight increased risk of testicular cancer and infertility. Erectile dysfunction is the result of a combination of possible poor blood flow, possibly low testosterone, and some performance anxiety. Again, you should see your urologist!
