I’ve been on my period since September and it’s constant and the pain can be unbearable at times. I’m on the pill.

Make sure you are not pregnant & then consult your doctor. It can also lower your Hemoglobin.
You may have a condition that needs more attention. You should have an appointment with your gynecologist because pain every day is a sign there may be more going on.
