Persistent UTI?

I am a 65 y/o female. I've had a UTI-leucocyte probably for long months before I found out about these home-kits and use one and it turn positive long before the required 2 mins. It did not hurt or burn. All I felt was a slight bother once in a while. A telehealth appt. and they Rx’d cefuroxime axetil 250mg. Twice/day for 10 days. I am on the last day (10 days) and just tested positive again. (Telehealth was $200 +) What now?

As long as you have taken the antibiotics, you do not need to treat asymptomatic urinary tract infections, normal urine does have bacteria. If you have no pain or fever, you do not need more antibiotics, and you do not need more testing or doctor visits.
