“Pilonidal sinus?”
I think I have an issue with my pilonidal sinus. For a couple of years now I noticed after using the restroom I might dab it and find blood, or discolored fluid from that area. Sometimes it itches or feels like a bruised tailbone. Also has a strong odor. I clean it in the shower well but still remains. When I look online that's the closest I can find resembling my issue. When I feel it, it feels like a small hole/cavity.

Between the clefts of the buttok is a hair bearing area. The rubbing of the clefts of the buttoks can cause the hair to drill into the skin causing a pilonidal cyst or sinus. These often lead to infections and are surgically removed. Your should see your local surgeon. Once it is excised consider having hair removal from this area. If you are going to be treated with antibiotics make sure you have anaerobic coverage in addition to aerobic coverage.
