“Pins and needles ”
I’ve been having pins and needles pretty much all over my body but mostly in my left arm and left foot but it moves almost like I’ve been rolling around insulation it’s been going on for about a month and has been causing a lot of anxiety

This could be any number of things. From pinching of nerves in the neck to something in the brain. Only a thorough history and physical testing will provide a diagnosis. I would recommend you see your family doctor or go to urgent care.
Hard to pinpoint more precisely without more specifics. I would look into possibly your anxiety as the culprit. If its primaryly on your left side then you need to see a doctor urgently. If it shifts from one side to the other and different extremities then not as much an emergency as if it is always on the same side.Good luck and happy holidays.
