Nephrologist (Kidney Specialist) Questions Blood levels

Platelets is low and S-Chloride is high

Good morning
I had blood drawn on Tuesday for my annual visit to a dr and blood results came and his ex is still healthy, but what bothers me is the platelets count which is low 132 x 10'9l/L and my S-Chloride is high 108mmol /L, which shows the results, I just want to know if it's normal or should I ask for a 2nd opinion

Platelet count is on the lower side of normal. No further investigation is needed. Next line for elevated serum chloride. You need to drink more water.
The results are mildly abnormal (platelets mildly low and chloride mildly high), however no need for concern as these values may have affected by fluid status. Would advise the patient to come back to repeat them.
