“Possible PID and endometritis?”
I had heavy bleeding for one month and now my endometrium thickness is 1.3mm. The doctor is giving me an intravenous injection for 48 hours than oral..but says that PID will stay with me for life. I will have it again unless I remove my uterus and ovaries. I am 36 years old. Is there any herbal way to treat it like apple cider vinegar or cranberry juice?

I am confused about what the endometrial thickness & PID have to do each other. You can have either one independently. Do you have children? How was the diagnosis of PID made? Have you had a laparoscopy? I would need more information. I like herbals, but not sure they would be helpful here.
