Post-covid pneumonia?

Hello, I am male, Brazilian, 18 years old, with no pre-existing health problems and I was diagnosed with post-covid pneumonia (mild covid condition). The main symptom was pain in the base of the right lung, which was accompanied by a sensation of "bubbles" or "noises" (perceivable) in this same region. The pain is not constant, but it always comes with breathing in and sometimes moving. It decreases when I'm standing. The doctor heard a wheezing in the other lung and, after a blood test that found abnormalities, prescribed antibiotics for 7 days and painkillers. I have no fever, dyspnea and very little cough, no phlegm. Is it possible it's not pneumonia? If yes, what other problems could it be?

Most likely post viral pneumonia should get better but you may need a chest x-ray if any other symptoms occur
Good day to you,
Thanks for your question.
My strong advice to you is to visit again your physician. He/she will evaluate your condition at this very moment. Please do not play with your health and life.
Take care and stay safe,
Likely it is infection, unlikely to be a pulmonary embolism. Could you have aspirated something? I think a chest X-ray and possibly a cat-scan of your chest, depending upon the X-ray.
Best to follow up with your doctor.

Thanks for the question.

Your condition requires listening to the lungs, and an X-ray or CT scan. Likely you do have pneumonia, with irritation of the pleura, which is the lining tissue of the lungs. Alternatives are atelectasis, or collapse of a small part of the lung, or clotting related to COVID, or pulmonary embolism, a clotting traveling to the lung. Your doctor can assist you with making the correct diagnosis.
