“Pregnancy chance?”
My girlfriend started taking the pill in between her cycle (combination-pill). On the internet, it says you have to wait 7 days before being protect from pregnancy. We had unprotected sex on the 6th day. this is also a low fertility day on her normal menstrual cycle. What are the chances of her being pregnant and why do you have to usually wait 7 days?

Yes, taking a COC in the middle of a cycle is not as secure against becoming pregnant, as beginning the pill at the time of menses, but time will tell.
Likely not pregnant. It takes the 1st 2 weeks to a month on the pill to me sure you are protected. Unprotected sex on day 6 or 7 is a little early although not usually near ovulation time ( your fertile time). I would just be careful
