Metamucil is best in pregnancy. Senekot works well but can be habit forming.
Hello, Constipation is very common in pregnancy. The medication I recommend over the counter is Miralax which you can take one a day to help with constipation. If that is not helping, you can reach out to your OB/Gyn adn they can prescribe something to help.
