OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

Should I call her an ambulance?

A 38 yr old female, had a hysterectomy approx 2 years ago, and in general relatively good physical health, has been self isolating due to having covid, going on for about a week now. She has just sent me a picture of her very swollen abdomen and has also stated the tips of her fingers and toes seem grayish in color. And she is having trouble talking due to her sore throat. She can't drive at the moment. She is however soaking in a tub of warm water. (I am also self isolating and can't safely drive at the time being) she has a tendency to be on the melodramatic side at times. Should I call an ambulance to her place or just let it ride out?

I think contact her physician that knows her & get the physicians advice.
While I cannot give medical advice specific to your case given I have never examined your wife, based on the description you have given she needs medical care immediately and yes you should probably call an ambulance unless you can get her to an ER urgently.
