“Pregnancy”

I had unprotected sex, and then a few days later became very nauseous and sensitive to smell. My boyfriend was worried I was pregnant but I said I wasn’t taking a test until I missed my period which I wasn’t getting for another week. That night I started spotting and I spotting for 2 days and then started bleeding and then started bleeding really really badly like it was no longer spotting it was going to bleed though my clothes bad so I assumed it was my period so I told my boyfriend I got my period a week early I’m not pregnant we’re in the clear, the bleeding lasted about 5 days just like a period. Now this week for 3 days now I have have dull cramps, my breasts have hurt so bad and been so tender my nipples especially, I’ve had frequent urination probably every 45 mins to an hour and it’s a full pee not just a little dribble either and heavily fatigued. I haven’t taken a pregnancy test yet because I’m scared too. I’m hoping it could be something else.
