I am 38 weeks and 1 day pregnant last night my contractions was coming at least 15 to 20 mins apart they are not very strong but they are there I couldn't sleep I was having hot flashes I've been having a lot of pain and pressure in my bottom area and I want to know is this false labor or am I going into labor ?

The only way to truly tell between false labor and true labor would be to get evaluated in the Labor and Delivery unit.
At 38 weeks of pregnancy, there is a lot of pressure in the pelvis all the time, and contractions start to pick up. It is difficult to know if it is false labor or real labor unless your water breaks, especially if it is your first pregnancy. You should either go into the hospital Labor and delivery triage area to be evaluated or your OB's office.
