“Pregnancy ”
On October 1st I took two pregnancy tests and they both said negative. I had a period starting on September 16th- September 21st. I also have pcos. But I’ve been drinking wine but been feeling nodges in my stomach and been having pregnancy symptoms. Nausea, fatigue, sore breast, body aches, sickness, throwing up water.

Sounds like your last menses of September was 10 months ago. You will need a pregnancy test for confirmation. If positive, see your provider.
You should seek medical attention to confirm with a more precise test if you are or aren't pregnant and also discontinue drinking alcohol if that makes symptoms worse or you could be pregnant.
