“Pregnany or hormone changes?”
I had a tubal ligation 5 years ago, my last period was 45 days ago. I'm 31 years old, at the beginning of May I started taking diet pills but quit 4 days later due to side effects, my question is could I possibly be pregnant, or is the late period due to hormone changes from the diet pills?

It could be pregnancy, not likely, but worthwhile checking a pregnancy test.
Hello, Even though you had a tubal ligation, there’s still a chance for you to get pregnant, so you definitely should do a pregnancy test. However, there is a high chance it’s most likely related to your diet pills intake. I would advise you to do a pregnancy test to make sure.
