“Prilosec and nitrofurantoin?”
I’m assuming there should be no issues between taking Prilosec and nitrofurantoin together, correct?

No there is no significant interaction between the two .
According to all the reference material, there is no known interaction between these 2 medications; however, there can always be some type of adverse interaction with any medication, so just be conscious of that.
