Neurologist Questions

Prominent vascular loop.

My symptoms are mostly pain and burning on the right side of face and sometimes scalp. Throat feels off and when I eat or drink something it turns slightly red and feels irritated for a few minutes. I always feel drained with brain fog and feel a bit dizzy. Been very stressed this year with lots of anxiety.
Ent checked my throat and ears all looking good. After MRI results ENT told me to consult a neurologist but that’s going to take a long time in person.
Just want to know if this can be cure without surgery and more details about this condition, not that much information online about vascular loops. I’ll attach my MRI results.

Vascular loops are merely sharp turns in an artery. By themselves they are not a risk, just a turn of the artery that otherwise would be straight. They are a problem if the artery presses against a nerve or a part of the brain. Typically this of a nerve. It can then cause pain or an asleep
feeling.Depending on the situation, symptoms are usually managed with medication first.
