Psoriasis

I have had psoriasis since 2016. Initially it was very mild and has since then progressed. I have visited a dermatologist and have been prescribed topical creams due to the low level but it is starting to spread all over my body. I have wanted to go and have upper or lower eye lid surgery. My question is, if the psoriasis is at a mild level around the eyes, is it safe to have upper or lower eye lid surgery?

Yes I think you can move forward with your eye surgery. Psoriasis is a chronic condition and should not affect your eye lid surgery. Sincerely , Dr D
