Rabies odds?

I made the mistake of googling symptoms and now I’m completely freaking out. A few days ago my boyfriend's dog bit me, not very deep I had to get two stitches in my eyelid because of the way it cut. He shows no signs of rabies and has been vaccinated within the last few years but today I decided to hope rabies symptoms in humans and it freaked me out. I have neck muscle pain, which I assumed from sleeping wrong, and loss of appetite but that didn’t start until I started worrying about it. I don’t know what to do I’m just a very anxious person.

I am also an anxious person, so I completely understand! If they are up to date on their vaccinations, then the chances of you having rabies is very little to really none. The neck pain and loss of appetite that you are experiencing may be your body responding to an open wound. Just as it would be if you nicked your finger, there would be swelling, itchiness, pain and redness which is your body's way of responding to anything your open wound could be exposed to like (typically non-harmful and that your body is able to fend off if your not immunocompromised) environmental bacteria, and as you said, the neck pain may also be from sleeping wrong! Regardless, there is no need to worry :) However, if the pain continues after 4-5 days, I would recommend contacting your primary physician.
