“Random fainting”

So, I've recently suffered a rather bad sprain on both ankles and the same day rather late at night I fainted 2 times. The first time I was trying to go to the bathroom and I stood up on my crutches and I started seeing spots, I remember I started sweating really badly and said I may pass out and then I don't remember much else expect that my mom was with me on the floor while I was gagging. Then I threw up what I had ate that day and when I felt a bit better we made the way to the second bathroom to shower, but while I was sitting on the side of the tub I started ro get really dizzy and sweaty again and leaned forward onto my mom and that fainting spell lasted several minutes of me coming in and out. I have yet to sleep but feel rather energetic but I'm still really dizzy and there's a possibility I fainted and that's how I fell and sprained both ankles. But it's unclear because I simply just don't remember what happened then.

Currently I'm kinda coming in and out of focus and feeling rather dizzy.

Both days I've taken an advil but I've never had a reaction before.
