Rashes are difficult to diagnose and treat without physical examination. You should see your primary care doctor as soon as you can.
Rashes need to be evaluated in person when over the counter medication does not work.

Try oatmeal soap and hydocortizone, if it dont work let me know
sure, it is better to see the rash directly please make an appointment to identify specific cause and decide on treatment
It may be either eczema or pityriasis rosa. Will recommend a physical examination with a provider.
Rashes could mean many different problems. If it has not responded to over-the-counter treatment it’s best if you have it seen by a doctor.
