I have a bad headache and I’ve had it for at least 4 days now.

I’m not sure what your question is. At your age and gender, a migraine would be the most common diagnosis, but there are other things to consider. Call your family doctor.
I suggest an urgent care clinic or ER that has a CT scanner. They can give you a good pain med and recommend a primary care doctor in case this becomes a recurring problem.
