“Rectal bleeding?”
Yesterday, I was using the bathroom and I noticed a lot of blood in my stool and today it's the same way. I have constipation all the time and I haven't ever had bleeding before.

This is probably bleeding from hemorrhoids. An evaluation by a GI doctor can confirm this for you.
