Red ball sack?

My ball sack looks red in color, I had a prostate biopsy two days ago, no pain or itching.

Occasionally, some skin discoloration called ecchymosis may occur due to local bleeding and infiltration, but fortunately, this change will resolve nicely in time - weeks, and ok to watch as long as there is no sign of acute inflammation suggesting potential superimposed infection, which is very rare. Of course, contact the doctor performing the biopsy for more specific comments and suggestions as needed. To well prepare yourself before seeing the doctor, welcome to read "Sick? Could be related to an irritation from the sterilizing agent that they used for your procedure. If persistent, follow up with your doctor.
Mostly nothing serious. If it persists or becomes tender or getting larger, check with your urologist.
If you have burning when you urinate, swelling or fevers it may be a sign of an infection
Sounds like rash perhaps due to your biopsy prep, or run of the mill “fungal jock itch rash.” Go in and talk to your pharmacist or call your urologist or your dermatologist.
That is not normal. You should follow up with the urologist who did the biopsy and have him look at the scrotum.
