“Red rash on penis foreskin containing little dots inside the rash?”
I have a red rash on the foreskin going all the way around and it contains little dots inside of the rash-like a yellowish-white color almost like it's inflamed.

Could be molluscum contagiosum, but also could be many others things. For more info, you should see a board certified dermatologist.
Try Lotrimin cream for a few days. If rash persists, best to visit your local dermatologist.

Might be inflamed from friction, such as from masturbation. Relax, leave it alone, and it should resolve within 2 weeks. If not, see your doctor.
