“Right abdominal pain?”
I have right abdominal pain that radiates to my back. I feel very ill and the whites of my eyes are yellow.

It suggests you could have a liver or gall bladder problem. You need to see a gastrointestinal expert and discuss your issues.
You should visit the emergency room.
Hepatitis
Yellow eyes might be a sign of jaundice, so the bilirubin level in the blood needs to be checked, along with other liver tests. An inflamed liver can cause pain and jaundice.
Need CT scan of abdomen and pelvis. Consult GI.

I would recommend seeking medical help immediately. I would be concerned about a problem with your gallbladder or liver that is causing jaundice (yellowing of the eyes). This is not something that should be ignored.
