You have severe swelling in your foot and need to have x-rays done asap. You may have a fracture or ligament injury.
Going by your photo, you need to be seen in an office asap for exam and at least an xray to start. please find a local podiatrist asap.

Start with rest, ice, elevation, and compression. If unable to walk after 3-5 days, strongly consider X-ray.
I strongly recommend evaluation with a foot and specialist
Please schedule an appointment with your local podiatrist for X-ray and full evaluation and treatment. Until then, do not walk on your foot.
Yes, you need to get an X-ray and a physical examination of your foot to insure you do not have a fracture.

You need to go to an ER.
The bruising suggests a trip to an orthopedic surgeon
Rest ice and elevation for now. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) to discuss options
If you need to have an evaluation, which I would strongly recommend, you will need to see a specialist in the area in which you live. There is no way to diagnose or evaluate your injury over the internet or the phone.

It's best to be evaluated by a specialist
