“Sensitive tooth?”
For the third time my tooth is still sensitive after feeling and every time my dentist just reduce my tooth. Also, for the partial denture on the upper gum should I do crowns on the bottom teeth on both sides as I was told that will lift up my jaw for a better bite.

Sometimes teeth take a long time to resolve sensitivity after a filling. Check for a fracture in the tooth or redo the filling if it lasts for more than 2 months. Cannot comment on the bite situation without seeing the details.
