Severe tension headache?

Yesterday I was at work I started feeling dizzy and nauseated. I ate it did get better. It was the worst headache I've ever had. When I got home I began to rub the back of my head I felt knots trying to rub them out it was very painful but it was helping. I wasn't able to get them all out. This morning I'm very scared I still feel lightheaded and shakey.
