Sharp head pain is unlikely to be from a brain lesion. More likely it is
from a neuralgia or a form of migraine.
It's hard to determine any specific cause with such limited information or details. While minor issues are quite likely and unlikely to require major intervention; Other less likely but much more complex requiring serious and extensive intervention are a possibility. I would suggest seeing your primary doctor or a Neurologist to try to obtain a substantial amount of details and formulate a diagnostic / therapeutic plan in motion. If this persists for more than a week or intensifies go see a physician.
