“Should I eat before going to the chiropractor?”
I am a 33 year old female. I wonder if I should eat before going to the chiropractor?

You will generally lie flat on an adjustment table, so if you have a reflux condition, you might reschedule your meals. If not, there should be no problem, manipulation is done very fast to free restrictions, and whether you have eaten or should not play a role in the effectiveness of your treatment.
I wouldn't eat a heavy meal, but it doesn't matter if you eat before or not. I would not exercise for a few hours after an adjustment unless it is just walking.

Eating before a visit is perfectly fine. If you are getting blood work or labs, you may want to eat after your visit.
I would recommend not eating to soon before your visit, it may be uncomfortable to be adjusted on a full stomach.
It's best to eat when you're hungry. Eating or not eating probably won't affect your visit. Make sure you know how long your visit will take, so you can plan accordingly.
