“Should I go to the ER after my fall?”
Slipped fell hard on my butt cheek right on my boyfriend curl bar but where the weight is almost my whole butt cheek bruised hurts bad and swollen should go to the ER

With the fall you described and the severity of force, it would be hard to rule out pelvic fracture (acetabulum, ischium, or ramus) without at least some X-rays (and maybe CT).
So sorry to hear of your accident. The fall on your bottom had triggered some bleeding under the skin and just to ensure there is no underlying damage, I would suggest you do go to the ER.
