Should I go to the ER?

I’m a 38 year old female who’s been addicted to heroin for 18 years, crack and meth for the last 2. I’m always feeling crappy but I’m feeling VERY sick. I’ve had pneumonia before and I just found out I was directly exposed to Covid. I’m having trouble breathing when I walk a couple steps. My legs hurt so badly I can hardly walk and I have bad pains in my stomach and chest and oddly in my vagina (cervix, womb area) and also sharp pain in my throat that travels to my ears. I’ve also had a big lump in my throat for about a year. About every 30-45 days my throat swells up so bad i look like I have a male weightlifter neck and my tongue will swell up. The lump is always there and makes me look like I have an Adam’s apple.

If you're having trouble breathing and walking, then YES, get yourself to the ER. Wear a mask and avoid potentially exposing others until you are evaluated.
Go to the Hospital please.
Yes, you absolutely should go to the ER. The symptoms you are describing could be life-threatening. Tell them honestly about the drug use because it puts you at risk of illnesses that are more rare but related to it. They can also help you get set up with rehab afterwards if you are interested.
