Yes. You should take vitamins after sleeve. B12 may be harder to absorb and should be taken in an altered form or as a sublingual tablet under the tongue weekly, a nasal spray weekly, or an injection monthly.
No, I don't think this is necessary as a general rule for a sleeve surgery. The sleeve prevents you from overeating but it does not stop you from absorbing nutrients and vitamins in the normal way in your small intestine.
