I am a 33 year old male. I want to know if I should wear glasses all the time for astigmatism?

Hello. At age 33 is really up to how you can function without them. If your astigmatism is significant you will see blurry without them and of course this could make driving and some other activities dangerous. You could feel tired if you don’t wear them. If you don’t want to wear them to rest and you feel fine you don’t have to wear them at those times.

If you like how you see them, you can wear them all the time. But, not wearing them doesn't do any harm.
