Should I wear my glasses all the time? (Different prescription)

Only one of my eyes has a prescription, -0.75 on the right, and I was wondering if it is better to wear them only when trying to see far or all the time. Does the fact only one eye having a prescription affect this?

It is normal to have a prescription in one eye and not the other. Based off of the prescription, you can wear the glasses for distance only especially when driving. The glasses will not harm your eyes if you wear them full time.
If you have headaches without your eyeglasses then you should wear them. If you don’t feel eye strain without the glasses, then just wear them for distance. You are fortunate to have no prescription in your left eye and a mild prescription for myopia in your left eye. Remember to wear sunglasses outdoors. Eyeglasses can also be used as safety protection when participating in hazardous activities.
