Most conjunctivitis is viral Cool compresses for comfort and non-preserved artificial tears will help. If not improving after a couple of days you may need antibiotic drops. For antibiotics, you need to see an eye care professional. Also, wash your hands a lot as this can be very contagious.
I usually prescribe tobramycin for infection and pred forte for inflammation
