I was diagnosed with myopia. Should I wear myopia glasses?

Absolutely! Contact lenses are a great option as well.
It depends on how myopic you are .If your uncorrected myopia gives you distance vision of worse than 20/40 you need to wear glasses to be legal. Wearing glasses to correct myopia will not effect your eyes in any negative way.
