“Should my thyroid be visible”
Everywhere I've looked has told me how to perform the thyroid check, but just said "tell your doctor immediately if you see any suspicious lumps." I don't know what's suspicious.

No, your thyroid should not be visible. It is is, it is definitely swollen, and the reason should be assessed.
Very simple, look for any change in appetite, fatigue, diarrhea, constipación, body temperature change, abnormal enlargement n your neck. Visit your Primary Provider for simple blood test. I hope this information help. from my iPhone
