To ensure the most effective approach for your heel pain, I recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Loor. He can provide a precise diagnosis and tailor a treatment plan to address your specific condition.

It depends on what is causing the heel pain. Massaging of the heel can be beneficial to help alleviate some discomfort. Sometimes other modalities are needed such as injections, arch supports, stretching exercises and physical therapy. Jonathan M. It depends on what is causing the heel pain. In general, massage may help to some degree. You can read a lot about heel pain in my other responses on my page on this site
Massage can help with heel pain. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options.
