Small bulging disk?

I went for an MRI, the result occurring to the spine doctor specialist that view the scan is I have multilevel small bulging disk but the L4 was the one more protrude and this is the cause of my lower back and thigh leg pain that prevents me from walking without crutches. He also did an EMG NCS test on both my legs and he confirmed that the L4 bulging disk was pressing on my leg and he did an epidural shot. The pain got worse after the epidural shot it's five days and the pain it doesn't want to quit. My cousin is a nurse and bought my MRI to view it to a different specialist this doctor said different result he said that I have micro fractures on L3 and L4 due to osteoporosis and to do physical therapy and see an endocrinologist and not to do anymore epidural shots.

I have no Idea what's going on and who to believe now I am so worry that the epidural shot if that's the case that I have the micro fractures did even more damage and this is why my pain increased, can this be the case? or just the reaction of the epidural before it kicks in it will cause more pain. I have no idea now who to believe and were to go I know it's hard for you to answer my question but at least if you can give me an idea if the shot caused me more damage and made the fractures worse, I am very worried even though the shot occurring to the doc was low dose and my first.

The epidural did not cause your fractures; it could be that your stenosis is just bad and you need to see a spine surgeon.
Epidural steroid shots can cause increased risk of fracture with osteoporosis. Endocrinologist. Get CT lumbar spine to measure ROI bone density.
