Thanks for sharing your shoulder issue with the FATD community. I am happy to offer my tips, thoughts, and suggestions. Shoulder bursitis is a painful condition. It is the inflammation of the bursa, or soft tissue sack that cushions and lowers friction between the roof of the shoulder (the acromion) and the rotator cuff muscles (the muscles that are responsible for moving the arm around in space). I like to follow these steps: https://www.pop-doc.com/joint-preactive.html Stretching and other exercises will help overcome bursitis and have it hopefully never come back again. Exercise should be done 3-4 times a week (15-20 minutes) and in a routine that can be done forever. I prefer this routine: https://www.pop-doc.com/browse.cgi?action=start&CGISESSID=54eb2fa9f2f3dbcdcb446f87c371dc83 I hope this helps. David T.
