Small skin tear with redness and a streak?

Hello, I am wondering if my case is severe enough to go in for antibiotics. I have a small tear in the skin on my bicep, unsure if it is a bug bite, or possibly a zit, and the redness is about the size of a silver dollar, with a streak down the inside of my arm toward the armpit. It appeared Friday, and has not expanded in size, I marked it with marker. Some of the redness has gone down since yesterday. I will add photos. Photos with the blue shirt is yesterday. Please advise whether to seek treatment. I'd rather not go on antibiotics if possible. Let me know if you need more information.

If someone has a red streak from the reddened area towards the armpit, it may indicate potentially serious infection and can be an urgent matter. Especially if the red streak is tender.
Unless the red streak has resolved and the locally reddened area is resolving, this needs to be evaluated, urgently. Other signs of serious infection include fever, chills, not feeling well, sometimes just feeling more tired than usual.

Important Note: This is general advice, and as a responsible medical professional, I do give medical advice to individual cases, without examining and having a doctor-patient relationship.
Best of luck.
