“Sore in right side of cheek?”
Started out with a sore throat last week, woke up yesterday morning to a sore that looked like a canker sore. The sore progressively got worse and larger, now have pain in my face, jaw, and neck. Have been doing warm salt water rinses, Orajel and Kanka. Pain is very intense

You should definitely have a dentist see you. If this has been present for a while, it should probably be biopsied.
Could be any number of things from a canker sore to wisdom tooth problem to cancer. See a dentist immediately.
This needs to be checked clinically.
Please see an oral surgeon for an evaluation and possible biopsy.
