“Sore on tongue?”
I have a yellow/brownish round sore on the underside/side of my tongue. It is surrounded by a white circle and streaks. I've had it for a little over a month, it has become extremely painful to the point I am struggling to eat and sleep. It is causing me to have an earache on my right side. I am 27 years old, male, 5'10, 220 lbs, 1 pack a day smoker, no current medications.

You already know smoking is bad, right? First thoughts always dysplasia (weird, abnormal cell growth) - usually caused by infection or viruses (like HPV - which are causing cancers in young people at an alarming rate). Get checked by an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist or Oral Surgeon/Dentist.
