“Sudden weight loss in a few weeks and swollen thyroid?”
I've had sudden weight loss about 8lbs in 3 weeks. I have a swollen thyroid had a check up and blood work done last month ever thing is good and blood work was normal.

Complaint duration: 21 days
Medications: Alodipine - benazepril 5 to 10 mg , omega 3 , apple cider vinegar pills
Conditions: Night blood pressure, low iron

if you thyroid is normal, then its normal. And a swollen thyroid is only diagnosed by imaging, such as ultrasound, which can actually measure the size of the gland. Weight loss can happen because of many different things. I suggest seeing a gastroenterologist for your continued weight loss.
