Splenomegaly diagnosis?

My spleen is today from ultrasound results is:
13.9 x 13.3.x 5.4 cm. With a total volume of 525.8 mL.
I took an ultrasound 6 months ago and it was:
14.9 x 7.5.x 6.0 cm. Total volume was 355.2 mL.
According to today's results. Has my spleen improved in size and is the recent result normal? I lost over 100 lb a year ago on a low-carb keto diet with exercise as well.

You need to discuss the situation with the doctors so one could understand what is causing this.
US is not very accurate in measuring the size of organs, so I would not get too hung up on the values given. You can see how much variation there is between the 2 scans. A better test is a CT scan so talk to your doctors about that test if there is concern for the size of your spleen.
Splenomegaly is usually related to blood disease. You need to see a hematologist to find out the cause and treatment depending on what the hematologist finds.
