Stomach and intestine issue?

I'm a 19 year old female. Since Thursday 21.04.22 I've been going through something that happened to me for the first time ever. On Wednesday I've eaten KFC and later woke up in the middle of the night with the unstoppable urge to use the toilet, about 3 times. I thought that maybe it was because it was spicy but later the next day (21st) I began also puking. No matter what I've eaten or drank, and it was only water and a slice of bread, I would puke after everything. Even if I just wanted to stand up and make 3 steps I couldn't without visiting the toilet, and even if I've just turned in bed I'd also wake up with the urge to vomit. I did that around 10 times in a 12hour span to the point when my head started hurting along with my teeth and I had 38.4°C. Because of constant diarrhea and vomiting, I had nothing left in my stomach so I started throwing out only gall. Now it's Monday and I no longer vomit this much, only have the urge when f.e moved too fast or looked down but also when I think of specific kinds of foods. I'm pale and exhausted but don't want to eat, I could just drink water all day. But these diarrheas didn't stop at all but rather got more frequent and that's what's concerning because it still is watery yellow, plain, and smooth I could describe it as baby-like, and it just doesn't stop. Every move starts a revolution in my stomach so I'm visiting the toilet I don't even know how often per day but I would say around 10 times and I could more since every time I get off the toilet I could get back on it immediately. Plus despite the fact that I don't almost eat but drink I rarely pee and pee a little only.

Based upon your description, it appears that you are suffering from food poisoning. It is unlikely that this came from fried chicken that was freshly prepared. It is likely that you ate something else like coleslaw or potato salad or something with mayonnaise. If you are feeling dehydrated you must get to an urgent care center or the emergency room as soon as possible. If you're still doing well then you should consider seeing your primary care physician. At the very least you definitely should speak to the restaurant where you bought the food and let them know. Hydrate hydrate hydrate and make sure you get lots of salt containing foods to hold onto the fluids. Many people use things like Pedialyte.
Sounds like you had a bad bacterial enterocolitis. It takes time to resolve. You need to drink a lot of fluids to avoid dehydration. When you get your appetite back then you can start light foods, like the BRAT diet.
If the diarrhea doesn't get better in the next few days or if you have blood in the stools, then you need to see a doctor.
