“Stomach issue ”
I way laying on my side indulging in chips and my side facing the ceiling just below my rib felt as if something pushed out I had put my hand there and felt movement there was discomfort but no pain about 30 seconds later it went back into place I believe I just got the courage to roll onto my back no pain still just shaken up a bit

Not sure what that could have been but it is not intestinal. The problem you describe would not be addressed by a gastroenterologist. It is more in the realm of sports medicine or orthopedics.
