“Stomach issues”
I'm having stomach pain, stomach swelling, I feel full all the time, I haven't had a bowel movement in a week, I never feel like I have a bowel movement, laxatives or enemas don't work, I'm nauseous, and my pain hurts the worst on my right side under my ribs

You need to see a GI doctor and probably will need to try a prescription laxative. In the meantime, most people are not aggressive enough with over the counter laxatives, so you can try using more Miralax, dulcolax, MOM, extra fiber, smooth move tea, e.g. 2 or more of these twice a day.
